Hue lights not appearing in home app

I recently started using the home app in ios10 and have run into trouble with my Philips hue lights. Basically the hue lights don't show up in the home app accessories list. I have a bunch of Eve Energy devices which show up fine, but not the hue.

What I've tried:

1. I've updated the Hue app
2. updated ios to the latest version
3. connected Apple TV to iCloud
4. rebooted the phone multiple times
5. deleted lights in Hue app and then added them again
6. deleted the home in Home app and started from scratch

Nothing is working, they simply don't show up.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
